Informed by Hospice UK and NICE Guidelines, an active learning session to inform Registered Nurses how to verify an expected death.
Oral Care and Swallowing in the Context of Illness or End of Life Care
Informed by Speech and Language Therapy practice and NICE guidelines, this session uses embedded simulation to guide formal carers in supporting safe, comfortable oral care and oral intake for people who are unwell or approaching the end of life.
